I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to provide you with important information regarding the licensing of proprietary equipment of Callidus Technologies, L.L.C. (“Callidus”) to Greens Combustion Limited, having its place of business at Unit A31, Block A Arena Business Park, Holyrood Cl, Poole BH17 7FJ, United Kingdom (“Greens Combustion”).
I am pleased to inform you that effective May 1st, 2023, Callidus has successfully entered into a licensing agreement with Greens Combustion granting this company, subject to the terms of the licensing agreement, the right to manufacture, sell and perform engineering for select Callidus burner technologies along with the right to service existing installed Callidus base regarding replacement parts. The regions covered by this licensing agreement are Europe, Africa, India, Republic of Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines and Thailand.
This collaboration will enable us to enhance our product offerings and provide you with an expanded range of solutions and services.
